Refund and Cancellation Policy

Liability for Third-Party Services

The company shall not be held liable for any delays resulting from third-party services, including but not limited to courier services. Consequently, the client is not entitled to request a refund of service charges due to such external factors.


Non-Reimbursement from External Authorities

Wrigleyfield Overseas shall not be liable for the reimbursement of any fees or charges paid to Assessing Bodies, Immigration Authorities, Embassies, Consulates, or High Commissions if the applicant does not receive approval, a visa, or immigration status.


Service Fee Limitations and Scope

The registration and processing fees cover only the services provided by Wrigleyfield Overseas and do not encompass any application or assessment fees. The applicant consents to cover all additional fees required during processing.


Online Payments and Chargeback Prohibition

If the applicant has made a payment via online card service, the client agrees not to initiate a withdrawal or chargeback without the prior consent of Wrigleyfield Overseas. This applies to all forms of payment, including EBS payments.


Service Fee Comparison and Dispute Waiver

Service fees are determined by the company’s standards. Post-registration claims of excessive pricing are not entertained.


Financial Requirements for Immigration Process

The applicant acknowledges that immigration may require demonstrating sufficient funds. Failure to do so is not grounds for a refund.


Visa Rejection and Non-Refundable Scenarios

If the visa is denied for reasons including missed interviews, fraudulent documents, failed medicals, or lack of police clearance, no refund will be issued.


Responsibility for Visa and Processing Fees

Application or processing fees paid to visa authorities are not part of Wrigleyfield Overseas’ service charges and are non-refundable.


Document Submission Timeline

The client must provide all necessary documents within 30 days. Failure to comply voids any refund eligibility.


Client Obligations for Interviews

The client must attend interviews and comply with visa agency requirements. Failure to do so waives any refund claim.


Non-Standard Process and Additional Document Requests

Immigration is not a standard or time-bound process. Additional document requests are not grounds for a refund.


Changes in Immigration Law and Conditional Refunds

If immigration law changes after signing the agreement rendering the applicant ineligible, a partial refund may be issued, subject to agreement terms and within 60 working days.


No Refund for Client Withdrawal

No refund or fee transfer is applicable if the client withdraws from the process for personal reasons.


No Fee Modification for Changing Services

No refund or fee adjustment will be made if the client opts for a different service after registration.


Company Right to Terminate Services

Wrigleyfield Overseas reserves the right to terminate services without refund if the applicant fails to comply with timelines, defames the company, or violates terms.


Client’s Duty to Notify Updates

The client must notify Wrigleyfield Overseas of any personal or legal status changes during the processing period. Failure to do so forfeits any refund.


Language Test Requirements

The client must take IELTS, French, or PTE and achieve the required scores. Failure to meet this requirement disqualifies any refund request.


Language Test Requirement for Spouses

If married, the spouse must also meet required language test scores. Failure to meet this condition voids any refund claims.


No Withdrawal Due to Changed Personal Circumstances

Once services are initiated, withdrawal due to personal reasons is not allowed, and refunds are not entertained.


Alternative Services and Associated Fees

If the client opts for globally recognized alternate services, additional payment is required. These payments are non-refundable.


No Job Guarantee

Wrigleyfield Overseas does not guarantee overseas job placement. Refunds will not be issued on this basis.


Limit of Liability

In case of unresolved conflicts, Wrigleyfield Overseas’ liability is limited to the fees paid for advisory, consulting, or secretarial services.


Cap System Acknowledgment

Some countries have visa caps. Approval may be denied even if eligibility criteria are met. This is not grounds for a refund.


Refund Processing Timeline

Valid refund requests will be processed within 60 working days via company cheque to the address listed on the order form.


Clarification of Service Amount

The stated service fee applies only to the full service as of the registration date.
